He is able to actively take part in stern business matters, at the same time, he takes pleasure in them. “When you start learning, this industry becomes interesting. You learn about the innovation of the products and make friends travelling around frequently while visiting factories and attending trade conferences. It's not just taking a brand and that's it. It is following through the line of production and staying in contact with suppliers,” narrates Mr. Lim.
Mr. Lim also firmly believes that there should be a close relationship with the customers. Selling them their needs is just one part, but keeping in touch with them is another.
